Yehrin Tong is a London based illustrator, born in the UK and from Korean descent. She studied graphic design at Central Saint Martins in London, where she received her BA Honors in 2002.

Her work is a detailed and hypnotic exploration into mathematical and abstract pattern, typographic illusions, encompassed ad campaigns, editorial illustrations as well as graphics for fashion prints and embroideries.

Yehrin works across a broad range of mediums from print, CG and digital, to motion and physical installations, she is always looking for opportunities to bring ideas to life in new ways.

She recently won the V&A Book Cover Illustration Award for her cover of Michel Faber’s The Book of Strange New Things and her cover for Michel Faber’s Some Rain Must Fall was a winner of AIGA’s 50 Books | 50 Covers of 2016
