After graduating from Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London, Nina Chakrabarti has worked as a freelance illustrator with a wide variety of commissions that have lent themselves to advertising, textile designs, editorial illustration, book covers, maps, branding, packaging design, film titles, soft toys, stationary, and wooden play blocks. She is the author and illustrator of three successful activity books for children and is currently working on a book about collections and collectors.
Some of her many obsessions include plants and flowers, hedgehogs, fashions from around the world, Hollywood, Bollywood, shoes, hot sauce, beautiful patterns and strange and wonderful ephemera of all kinds.
